Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LinkCipe, covering your use of our mobile application and services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of LinkCipe, you must register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You represent that you are at least 13 years of age. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit, import, or share through LinkCipe, including recipes, comments, and other materials ('User Content'). You retain all rights to your User Content.

License to LinkCipe

By submitting User Content, you grant LinkCipe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. For public recipes, this includes displaying them to other users in the community.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit User Content that: infringes on intellectual property rights; is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; contains viruses or malicious code; violates any applicable laws or regulations.

Important Recipe Disclaimer

All recipes on LinkCipe are provided by users for informational purposes only. We do not review, verify, or endorse recipes before they are shared. Use of any recipe is at your own risk.

  • Verify unusual ingredients or cooking methods by consulting other sources
  • Follow all food safety guidelines issued by your local health authorities
  • Be aware of potential allergens and dietary restrictions
  • If you are not an experienced cook, seek guidance from qualified sources

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by LinkCipe and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

Subscriptions and Payments

LinkCipe may offer paid subscriptions with additional features. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the app store. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to the app store's policies.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR SAFETY OF USER CONTENT, INCLUDING RECIPES.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKCIPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LinkCipe operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the 'Last updated' date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
